About Us CPR 2010 Leadership At its annual meeting, Citizens to Preserve the Reserve Inc. elected the following slate of officers and directors for 2010: Sewall Lee - President Doug Sherwood - 1st Vice President Richard Evans - 2nd Vice President Cathy Ballou - Treasurer Jane Evans - Secretary Connie Graf - At-Large Board of Directors Greg Stone - At-Large Board of Directors New bylaws for CPR have been proposed. Pursuant to the current bylaws, these new bylaws are posted for review here. About Citizens To Preserve The Reserve Citizens To Preserve The Reserve, Inc. (CPR) is a 501(c)(4) civic association. Its purpose is to promote good stewardship of the Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve and provide a channel for community involvement through advocacy, education, and action. CPR's mission is to protect the delicate economic and environmental balance within the Agricultural Reserve from actions that would forever change the character of Montgomery County, Maryland.
